Thoughtful, collaborative psychiatric care for individual 16 and older
You may be here because something feels off, hard to explain, overwhelming, or simply not the way it used to be.
You may might be trying to understand what's going on, or you may already have a sense of it but aren't sure how to move forward.
Care begins with taking the time to understand your experience, not identifying symptoms.
Areas I Support
-
Anxiety & Emotional Overwhelm
Persistent worry, racing thoughts, or feeling easily overloaded -
Depression & Mood Changes
Low mood, loss of motivation, or shifts in emotional state that feel difficult to manage -
ADHD
Challenges with focus, organization, or feeling mentally "busy" or scattered -
Patterns or Behaviors that Feel Difficult to Shift
Habits, reactions, or cycles that no longer feel helpful, even when you want them to change -
Life Transitions
Including perimenopause, menopause, and periods of reflection, change, or reevaluation
How Care is Approached
Care is individualized and collaborative.
Rather than following a fixed plan, I work with you to understand what's happening and consider what might be most helpful. This may include medication, or it may begin with simply creating space to better understand your experience.
As a psychiatric provider, care may include medication when it feels appropriate - but always as part of a broader, thoughtful understanding of your experience, not a one-size-fits-all solutions.
What this is Not
Care here is not rushed or one-size-fits-all.
It is not about quicky labeling or moving past what's difficult.
Instead, the focus is on understanding what you're experiencing and working together toward something that feels more sustainable and aligned.
